The Women’s Lacrosse Graduate Assistantship offers an opportunity for the GA to learn and develop leadership skills by assisting the head coach with all aspects of the program. The GA will gain valuable experience supporting the student-athletes through their academic and athletic experience.
GA responsibilities include assisting with the coordination and administrative duties of the program. Assisting the head coach with organizing, preparing, and conducting individual and team practices. Additionally, the GA is responsible for supporting the head coach with all recruiting duties, development of current student-athletes, and fundraising events.
Additional duties will be assigned according to the strengths of the GA and the needs the current team.
Experience playing or coaching the game of lacrosse.
Education/Training: Admission into a graduate degree program at North Central College is required. Graduate programs that best compliment this assistantship is Master of Leadership Studies.
License: A valid Driver’s License required.
