Players of the Week

The IWLCA National Players of the Week for Divisions I, II, and III, are announced on Wednesdays on "IWLCA Weekly, Presented by ILWomen." WATCH the full episode.

Division I

Offensive Player of the Week 

Kylie Ohlmiller – Stony Brook University

Ohlmiller recorded an impressive 18 points in two contests this past week, guiding No. 1 Stony Brook to two more victories to remain undefeated so far this season. The Seawolves captain had six goals and four assists for 10 points on Tuesday at Delaware, then tallied seven goals and one assist for eight points in Saturday's win over No. 13 Towson at LaValle Stadium. Ohlmiller recorded five of her seven goals in the final 13 minutes of the contest vs. Towson, as she has now tallied a hat trick in six-straight games. She's now just 34 assists away from the NCAA Division I career record.

Defensive Player of the Week

Maryn Lowell – Temple University

Lowell made 12 saves in the Owls' only game of the week, a 10-9 upset of  #22/16 Denver on March 18. She totaled six saves in each half and made her final save with 20 seconds left to prevent a possible overtime. Lowell also added two ground balls to go with her .571 save %, and 9.00 goals against average.

Division II

Offensive Player of the Week

Kallie German – Rollins College

German totaled 20 goals and five assists in three games last week, including posting a career high and matching a program best for goals and points in a game. She scored eight goals and adding an assist in a 16-9 win against # 25 Lock Haven. She also added six draw controls, five ground balls, and five caused turnover last week.

Defensive Player of the Week

Cammy Case – Queens University of Charlotte

Junior midfielder Cammy Case led the Royals on the defensive end of the field this week totaling 14 caused turnovers and 14 ground balls. Case began the week recording six caused turnovers, seven ground balls, one draw control, and one assist in Queens' one-point loss to #13 West Chester. She then totaled five caused turnovers and two ground balls in the loss to #6 Limestone before tallying five ground balls, three caused turnovers, and one assist in Queens' win over the Railsplitters. Case currently leads the league in caused turnovers with 33 on the year.

Division III

Offensive Player of the Week

Maggie Nelson – Saint Vincent College

Senior midfielder Maggie tied the single-game program high with 10 goals, including the game-winning score, in last Wednesday’s 15-14 overtime win against Juniata. The senior midfielder added five draw controls, three caused turnovers, an assist and a groundball in the victory over the Eagles.

Defensive Player of the Week

Rachel Sheubrooks – DeSales University

Sheubrooks led the Bulldogs to a 2-0 week for their first-ever two-game winning streak. The freshman made 25 saves and recorded .595 save percentage and an 8.5 goals-against average for the week. Sheubrooks made 17 saves on 34 shots in a 23-13 win over Gwynedd Mercy to begin the week. She then made eight saves on 21 shots in a 14-4 win over Rutgers-Camden. The freshman collected five ground balls on the week, including four against Rutgers-Camden.
