2017 IWLCA Division I Coaches Poll – May 30, 2017

 

The University of Maryland (23-0) gathered all 20 first place votes to finish the season ranked first in the final IWLCA Division I Coaches Poll of the 2017 season. The Terps won their 14th NCAA Championship on Sunday, by virtue of a 16-13 win over Boston College (17-7) to finish the 2017 campaign undefeated. The Eagles land in the second position in the poll, ahead of Penn State (17-4), Stony Brook (20-2), and North Carolina (17-3).

 

Navy (18-5) enters the coaches poll for the first time in 2017, claiming the #6 spot after their historic run to the NCAA Semi-Finals. Princeton (15-4), Southern California (18-4), Florida (17-3), and Syracuse (15-7) round out the top ten in the final poll of the season.
