2017 IWLCA Division II Coaches Poll – May 8, 2017

 

After claiming the Northeast-10 Championship, Adelphi University (18-1) also re-claimed the top spot in the final regular season IWLCA Division II Coaches Poll, grabbing all 20 first-place votes. Le Moyne (18-1), who fell to the Panthers on Sunday, finishes in the number two position, followed by Lindenwood (20-1) at number three. Florida Southern (19-2), LIU Post (15-2), and Florida Tech (13-3) stay put in the fourth through sixth spots. New Haven (14-4) jumps into the seventh spot, and Regis (17-2) lands at number eight after beating Lindenwood in the RMAC title game. Queens (16-3) and Limestone (17-3) round out the top ten teams.

East Stroudsburg (17-2) claimed the PSAC championship and locked up the #11 spot in the poll. Mercy (16-3) lost to LIU Post in the ECC championship, but moved up to the #12 position in the rankings. New York Tech (15-3) and Rollins (12-5) are tied at #13, and Mercyhurst (13-5) finishes at #15. Stonehill (12-7), West Chester (12-5), Pace (11-6), Indiana (11-7) and McKendree (13-5) close out the last five spots in the poll.
