2017 IWLCA Division I Coaches Poll – February 27, 2017
The second week of the regular season features the same schools in the top five, but in a slightly different order. Maryland takes over the top spot in the poll with 19 of 20 first place votes after they beat North Carolina 13-10 over the weekend and dropped the Tar Heels into second place. Florida (#3) and Southern California (#4) flipped spots after the Gators posted a 15-10 win over the Trojans in their first ever meeting. Syracuse holds at #5, followed by Penn State (#6), Notre Dame (#7), Stony Brook (#8), Duke (#9), and Penn (#10). There are several big games to look forward to this week, including Florida at #16 Towson on March 5, Syracuse against Northwestern (#12), Louisville (#20) at Notre Dame, and Northwestern at Stony Brook.
