June 4, 2016 -- The North Team took two out of three Senior All-Star Games, prevailing in the Division I and Division III battles, but falling in the Division II game. The triple header was played at Cabrini College in front of a capacity crowd at Edith Robb Dixon Field for the third consecutive year.

The Division I game was a lopsided affair, as Jenny Graap's (Cornell University) squad came out on top 13-4, led by Most Valuable Athlete Jessica Karwacki of Robert Morris University, who posted three goals and seven draw controls to lead her squad to victory. Kim Kolodny (Rutgers) chipped in with three goals and one assist, and Jacki Froccaro (Villanova) added two goals and a draw control. Jenna Bishop (Duquesne) and Shannon Nee (Connecticut) combined for five saves for the North team.

The South team, coached by Loyola's Jen Adams, was led by Maddy Blakeman's (Loyola) two goals. Louisville's Kaylin Morisette chipped in five draw controls and a caused turnover, and the goalkeeping duo of Sarah Priem (Marquette) and Jaqi Kakalecik (Temple) posted 14 saves on the afternoon.

The Division II game was a hotly contested affair that featured several ties and lead changes, with the South ultimately prevailing 12-10. Coach Julia Decker (Fort Lewis) received a standout performance in the draw circle from Erin Wilcox (Slippery Rock), who won five draws and added a goal to claim the Most Valuable Athlete award. Amanda Schimpke (Lindenwood), Claire Wigler (Mount Olive), Bridget Hufnagel (Millersville), and Hilary Duda (Regis) each contributed two goals, while Jordan Wagner (Slippery Rock) and Hannah Knight (Mount Olive) combined for seven saves. Florida Southern's Rachael Griffith led the defense with a goal, four ground balls and a caused turnover.

LIU Post coach Meghan McNamara's North team turned in a valiant effort, with a balanced scoring attack that featured eight different goal scorers, led by Paige Settar (Holy Family), who found the back of the net twice and assisted on another tally. Goalkeepers Taylor Hayes (Adelphi) and Alyssa Gianotti (New Haven) combined for seven saves in the losing effort. Dowling midfielder Emma Ferreira led the defense with three ground balls and three draw controls.
