Middlebury Holds No. 1 Spot in Latest DIII Poll

The Middlebury Panthers maintain their No. 1 ranking after a hard-fought victory over No. 4 Colby by just one point this past Saturday. Still undefeated, Middlebury will face St. Lawrence University and No. 2 Tufts in the upcoming week.

Despite the close loss, Colby's strong performance earns them the No. 3 spot in this week’s poll.

Franklin & Marshall and Gettysburg complete the Top 5.

In total, 25 teams are represented in the poll, with voters—representing college coaches from across the nation—reflecting on the latest developments in women's lacrosse. The rankings are based on weekly performances, with the poll set to be released each Monday throughout the season.
