2022 ILWomen/IWLCA Division I Poll – February 14

No. 1 Boston College (1-0) rolled past Northwestern, and the Eagles remain atop the ILWomen/IWLCA Division I Poll after Week 1.

BC charged past Northwestern a highly anticipated matchup in Chestnut Hill, winning 18-9 behind Charlotte North’s eight points.

No. 2 and No. 3 remain as North Carolina (1-0) and Syracuse (2-0) respectively, after both teams picked up wins this weekend. After Northwestern’s loss, Stony Brook (0-0) bumped ahead into the No. 4 slot after previously being ranked sixth, while the Wildcats dropped a spot to No. 5.

Notre Dame (1-1) fell to Michigan (2-0) Sunday night and as a result dropped down to the No. 12 spot while Michigan made a major jump from No. 23 to No. 11 heading into the week.

Check back each Monday morning for the release of the new IWLCA/ILWomen Division I Poll. The IWLCA/ILWomen Polls consist of voters representing college coaches and media members, following the weekly happenings across women’s lacrosse.
