Position: Graduate Assistant

Description: The successful candidate will be actively involved in the recruitment, retention, and day-to-day operations of the Point University Women’s Lacrosse Program. The position includes room, board, a $7,000 stipend, and a tuition waiver to enroll in the Master's Program at Point University. The anticipated start date is August 2021.

Responsibilities:

• Will serve as an assistant coach in all aspects of the program
• Provide scouting reports and film breakdown
• Game preparation
• Provide on field training and guidance during practices and weightlifting to foster student athletes’ skill development  
• Assist in team travel plans (book hotels, meal orders, and bus details)
• Recruiting duties include but are not limited to attending showcases, tournaments, high school practices/games, and day-to-day communication with prospects
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Head Coach
• Potential to earn additional money from clinics and camps
