This position will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of a Division I Women's Lacrosse program within University, Conference and NCAA rules and regulations. Available: Immediately.
Looking for candidates with a high level of competency in lacrosse skill instruction, strategy, recruiting, and passion for the sport. Very open to someone with interest in any or all facets of the game, who love to learn and stay current with the growth of the game. This person will support the head coach by assisting with all administrative and day-to-day management and operation of the program. They will represent the team, department and University in a positive, professional, and ethical manner while demonstrating and supporting the mission, vision, and core values of the program. In addition, be appropriately responsive to community service, marketing, fund-raising, and public speaking, as assigned.
This candidate should possess strong communication and relational skills to build and sustain positive relationships with faculty, staff, administrators, alumni, and student-athletes. This person will serve as a positive role model and mentor for student-athletes fostering success academically and on the field. Strong analytical, critical thinking, creative, and organizational skill sets preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks in an active fast-paced environment, with a growth oriented mindset.
