Final 2020 IWLCA Division I Coaches Poll

The North Carolina Tar Heels (7-0) ended the 2020 season as the top team in the Division I Coaches Poll, collecting 25 first-place votes and finishing the shortened season undefeated. Notre Dame (7-0) followed in second, with Loyola (5-0), Syracuse (7-1) and Stony Brook (4-1) completing the top five. The back half of the top ten included the same teams, with Northwestern (4-3), Southern California (6-0), and Florida (6-2)  in sixth, seventh, and eight, while Dartmouth (5-0) and Penn (4-1) flip-flopped in the ninth and tenth position.

There was very little movement in the poll, as less than 40 games were played last week before the NCAA announced on March 12 that it would cancel the 2020 spring sports championships due to the COVID-19 public health threat.
