South Jersey Shamrocks Lacrosse was founded in 2007.  Our Mission is to provide our players with exceptional lacrosse instruction in a competitive environment.  We are a teaching and training program designed to develop each players individual skill set and overall lacrosse IQ.

Our recruiting coordinator would be expected to utilize their expertise and connections with the college world to ensure that all players find a college/university that meets their academic and athletic need. This position would entail working with our girls program and director. It is a part time job that will be paid via stipend and a good portion of the work can be done remotely.

The recruiting coordinator would spend a pre-determined amount of practices (fall and summer) and tournaments evaluating our current players. The coordinators then act as a liaison between our athletes and the college coaches at the schools they are interested in. This includes helping the recruit with sending out emails to coaches, filling out questionnaires, and overall assistance as each athlete finds the best place for them at the college level. The recruiting coordinator would be expected to phone college coaches as needed with an appropriate endorsement for the player.

Job Type: Part-time
