The University of Detroit Mercy, Michigan's largest, most comprehensive private University, is currently accepting applications for the full-time position of Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach. Detroit Mercy is an NCAA Division I institution, and sponsors 17 varsity sports that compete primarily in the Horizon League. We are seeking a dynamic team player to join our staff that has a passion for collegiate athletics.

 

The Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach will assist the Head Coach with all aspects of our Division I program including, recruitment and retention of student-athletes, practice and game day coaching, academic integrity, commitment to compliance with NCAA, SoCon, and University rules and regulations, fiscal management, scheduling, staffing, alumni and public relations. If the following checklist sounds like you...then send us your credentials: a creative self-starter with a minimum of a bachelor's degree, have previous college coaching experience, possess excellent organizational skills, written and oral communication skills, don't mind long days that include travel, have a good sense of humor with the passion to compete and create a winning program.
