Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Women’s Assistant Lacrosse Coach. This is a Full time, 10-month reporting position with benefits.
Under general direction of the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach, this coach will assist with the responsibilities of the NCAA D-III Women’s Lacrosse program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach will work in conjunction of the head coach to fulfill the following responsibilities: coaching student athletes, scouting opponents, and recruiting. Although the head coach will be primarily responsible for the organization, maintenance and implementation of the offensive and defensive game plan and installation, this assistant position will work to compliment this process. Additional responsibilities will be assigned in game management, facility overview, teaching, and / or administration.

Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred. Demonstrated experience instructing on the rules and fundamentals of the sport. Collegiate lacrosse playing and coaching experience as well as experience in recruitment of academically focused-student athletes is preferred. CPR, First Aid and AED Certification is required (and can be completed after hire).
