Middlebury Panthers Remain No. 1 in Division III Coaches Poll
NORTHBOROUGH, Mass.— The unbeaten Middlebury Panthers remain locked in at No. 1 after edging No. 3 Wesleyan, 5–4, in a defensive battle on Saturday. Middlebury improves to 11–0 (6–0 NESCAC) and has four conference matchups remaining, beginning with No. 12 Colby this weekend.

Tufts continues to build momentum, picking up two wins with victories over No. 20 Williams College and Connecticut College. The Jumbos have four games remaining in the regular season, including a key matchup against Wesleyan.
Salisbury holds steady at No. 4, while Amherst rounds out the Top 5.
In total, 25 teams are represented in the poll, with voters—college coaches from across the nation—reflecting the latest results across women’s lacrosse. The rankings are based on weekly performances, with the poll set to be released each Monday throughout the season.
