2016 IWLCA Coaches' Polls for the week of April 11

Once again, Maryland, Adelphi, and Cortland reign supreme as the consensus top picks in the IWLCA's Divisional Coaches Polls for the week of April 11. All three squads are defending national champions and remain perfect on the season thus far. Only the Division I poll saw any movement among the top five teams, as Louisville snuck back in at number five after spending the last four weeks locked in the sixth spot.

The IWLCA Communications committee, which oversees the coaches’ polls, has added a new feature for the 2016 season. Following the coaches’ poll release each week, the IWLCA will conduct a “Fan Poll” on Twitter, giving everyone the opportunity to weigh in on the order of the top four teams. The Division I Fan Poll on Twitter (@IWLCA), will be posted on Tuesdays at noon, EST; the Division II Fan Poll on Twitter (@IWLCA), will be posted on Wednesdays at noon, EST; and the Division III Fan Poll on Twitter (@IWLCA), will be posted on Thursdays at noon, EST. Voting for each fan poll will remain open for 24 hours.

The next IWLCA Weekly Poll will be released on April 18, 2016 for all three divisions.
