2016 IWLCA Division II Poll – March 21, 2016
The IWLCA Division III Coaches Poll saw a lot of movement throughout the top twenty positions this week, however, the top two teams were unaffected. Cortland (5-0) remained in the number one spot with all 20 first place votes, followed by Franklin & Marshall (6-0). The College of New Jersey (5-0) moved up to the fourth position after defeating Gettysburg in overtime last week, while Salisbury’s 9-6 win over Trinity landed the Gulls at number five. Salisbury is scheduled to face Franklin & Marshall later this week, and Trinity and Tufts will square off in a NESCAC battle next weekend. Both Christopher Newport and St. Mary’s (MD) jumped into the top 20 for the first tie this season.
