2016 IWLCA Division I Poll – March 14, 2016
The University of Maryland (5-0) is on top of the IWLCA Division I Coaches Poll again, collecting all 20 first place votes following their 14-9 defeat of number three, Syracuse. Florida (8-0) holds in the number two position, with a chance to knock the Terps out of the top spot when they square off in Gainesville next weekend. Syracuse (6-2) and North Carolina (5-2) remained in third and fourth place in the poll, while Notre Dame re-enters the top five after a 3-0 week which included a win over seventh ranked Princeton. The University Connecticut dropped out of the poll this week, as their number 20 spot was filled by Massachusetts, who defeated the Huskies 15-6 last weekend.
