Katie Woods currently serving as a Division II representative to the IWLCA Board of Directors.
Katie, a South Windsor, Conn., native and a 2001 graduate of Drew University, became the head women's lacrosse coach at the University of Connecticut in August of 2010 and will be in her first season in the spring of 2011.
Woods has served the previous four seasons as the head coach at American University. Woods was named the 2008 Patriot League Coach of the Year and in 2010 four of her student-athletes were named All-Patriot League.
