Chris Sailer

Chris Sailer currently serves the IWLCA as a Division I Representative to the Board of Directors. A former President of the organization, Sailer is also serving as the Annual Meeting Planning Committee Chair. The head coach at Princeton University, Sailer is a 2008 inductee into the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame and has 282 career wins, second-most among active NCAA Division I coaches. She recently concluded her 22nd season at the helm of a Princeton program she has taken to three NCAA championships, 11 national semifinal appearances, 17 NCAA tournament appearances and nine Ivy League titles. Sailer, who took over the Princeton program in 1987, has been named the national Coach of the Year three times and won six Mid-Atlantic regional Coach of the Year awards. Her 282 victories, which rank behind only Navy¹s Cindy Timchal among active Division I coaches, also rank among the top 10 all-time in NCAA history. The 1981 Harvard graduate led Princeton to NCAA championships in 1994, 2002 and 2003. Her teams have reached the NCAA tournament 11 straight seasons and 16 times in the last 17 seasons and have played in the NCAA championship game seven times. She also has coached 21 first-team All-Americans at Princeton.
